FOR THE FLU:
You need to juice 5 medium lemons and 5 large cloves of garlic (or 10 small ones).
Add as much cayenne pepper as you can handle. The more the better.
You mix this with water, and the water needs to be heated BEFORE you add the mixture.
After you heat about 8 oz of water, add the mixture as strong as you can stand and try to drink the entire glass while it's still hot.
I actually crave this now when I'm starting to feel fluish because it really does work!!
