Hi,
31y/old, have migraine since I am a kid, and first ophtalmic migraine when I was 23.
After a marathon in 2006, I noticed little bright spots in the center of my vision while I was jogging. I can see it better on bright surface, or in the sky for example. I still can see but it is weird like hyper sensitive vision.. it is quite circular bright points, when I blink I can see it clear, if I run faster the more it appears, it disappears when I rest, few minutes.
I went to a neuro last year to have answers, he just told me it was linked to ophtalmic migraine, but doesn't know why.
I just wonder what could be the link, the "aura" is very different from this phenomenon because it happens while exercise and the shape of the "image" is not the same.
I was thinking about uhthoff, but it affects both eyes the same way, and I not have blurr vision. and no other symptoms, never had optic neuritis before.
So, I just wonder if I should see another neuro to get second opinion.
Many thanks for any advice,
J
