Hello, I am Vietnamese. I have 1 question. If an HIV infected person kisses a newborn on the mouth, will he or she transmit HIV to the newborn?

HIV is not transmitted by kissing, regardless of the age of the person receiving the kiss.
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
The additional risk for infants is ingesting breastmilk from an infected mother (who is not on treatment).
There is no "what if" question that you could imagine about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
