Plastic surgery for uneven, droppy eyelid

I (35F) have really high and uneven myopia. My left eye has myopia of 20⁰ thus the eyeball is deformed and push out more than normal eye (even compared to my right eye which has myopia of 9⁰). I have had retinal detachment of my left eye and now it can't see anymore (which makes me half blind I guess). I've come to term with not having a functioning eye but I would like for it to be at least "normal looking" and not look too different from my other eye.

As you can see in the photo, my eyes look uneven and it's just the beginning of the đặt when my left eyelid is still in good condition. Normally at the end of the day it got tired and couldn't hold open like that (it would look like half closed and really sleepy).

Is there any eyelid surgery that would be helpful to my situation?

Because of your long/large eyeball surgery will be difficult and involve increased risks. You would need to consult with a very skilled oculo-plastic surgeon to assess the risk/benefit ratio.  There is a new medication for droopy eyelids. I have used it in my practice with good success. It is called Upneeq  https://www.upneeq.com/index.html   The expense varies, I believe the company offers discount coupons. Since no major risks here I would try this first.
