I see you mentioned taking shilajit.
Shilajit if consumed in increased quantities or for a longer period of time can have side effects such as fatigue, dizziness, weakness and irregular heartbeat. Raw or unprocessed shilajit may be contaminated with heavy metals or fungi.
It must be scary but I wouldn’t worry too much because these can all be signs of stress on the body. How old are you? Are you taking any meds or supplements? I would look at these first to see if any can cause odd symptoms or if you are taking high doses of anything. The gym world is rife with people taking large amounts of supplements, including steroids, as a matter of course, when they could be harmful. If you are overdoing the lifting, that could be harmful. Ask yourself, if I was living in a primitive village where the men went hunting and did building jobs occasionally to keep the village housed, would I be doing this kind of lifting (that I am doing) regularly? If not, then maybe you are pushing your luck with what your body has evolved to do. It goes without saying that you should see your doctor too and be honest with them. It is possible you have some nerve compression somewhere - in which case, stop the lifting till you get it checked out. Pleas let us know how you get on
