So sorry to hear you are going through this. I had a cyst that was troubling a few years ago. Honestly, the bleeding and the pain was surreal. Every period cycle, I was laid out. Then it passed and it was as painful as childbirth. I understand what you are going through. Remember that MOST complex ovarian cysts are NOT cancerous. They are just doing their due diligence to make sure which is what we want. But I'd expect that aspect to be negative. The septated cyst is probably more concern for malignancy but normally, it's not. I would imagine that they will be more aggressive with that cyst and want to possibly remove it. There are three types of complex cysts, so they will probably let you know about this too. Since this is either two or three cysts for you, they may begin talking about why too. My cause was hormonal. Have you ever been diagnosed with endometriosis? Just keep remembering that most ovarian cysts are benign. And a pain to deal with but not serious. Let me know what they are telling you. And for the record, after my bout of having that god awful cyst, I have not had another or any issues i that area. And it's been years.
