Lupus

I am 37 and about every 4 months I get an ugly rash on my hands. They are small red /round bumps and some are not perfectly round but they hurt and they itch. I get it around my joints hands and now my elbows too.

I went to dermatologist and she said it was skin lupus.

Blood taken showed a small amount detected. That was 8 years ago but the rah keeps reoccurong and my DDD in my back is worse/ stenoisis and retrothesis in my back too, and severe artritis which is more painful in my knees when I have the rash for 6 weeka.

My hair falls out when I shampoo butn not too much. But it comes out in lkme 6 to 7 strands here and there.

I bruise easily, I have trouble sleeping, I have asthma but I can ususally control that with Claritin.
I recently have noticed my memeory is getting really really bad. And I put things away in the wromng spot and I find them later.  Pain killers for my back are not effective and when my knees hurt and pop( about 4 times a yr for 6 weeks) I cant even sit down without holding on to something.  I am only 37 and I think I am too young to have these issues but I do. WHAT do you think Ihave and what is the best medication to relieve my pain if hydocone deos not help.?

I will but I am too busy with getting my back fixed. It is a mess and to be honest, I am in denial or almost refuse to believe that I would have lupus. So I guess I should. Thanks for the note. I hope you have a great day.

It sounds like your Lupus has moved from your skin and into other areas.  Get back to your rheumatologist.  There are other treatment options.
