had diagnostic laparoscopy

Had D&C two weeks after birth. Was not given antibiotic. Began having pelvic and GI pain, pain when going to bathroom. Laparoscopy revealed my ovary had adhered to colon. I am still feeling "not normal" Anyone share in this experience or know what I should expect? should I feel normal now that ovary is separated from colon? Thanks.
