Trace Occult Blood in urinalysis

I'm a white 38yr old female. No known medical problems. No meds. Had Gallbladder removed 11yrs ago after childbirth. No discomfort. All blood work good. Blood pressure good. Physical/Pap good. Urine Cytology good. Urinalysis has detected trace occult blood. This has happened with several urinalysis. What could this be? Could this be normal for me?

Thank you for all of this imformation. I do have a couple of questions. If I had stones wouldn't I have discomfort? I'm white and thought sickle cell affected blacks mainly. Although, my son was alpha thalassema trait positive at birth. Are those diseases similar?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Microscopic hematuria can be due to urinary tract (bladder) infection, swelling in the filtering system of the kidneys ,stone in bladder or in a kidney, blood disease, like sickle cell anemia, certain medicines and tumors in the urinary tract.

You have already undergone cystoscopy which has ruled out most of the cases. I suggest you to get done an ultrasound abdomen to look for any kidney stone and blood tests for sickle cell anemia.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
