Hello,
Without examination,it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis, but they can be striae(stretch marks)or caput medusae.
Stretch marks can appear when there is rapid stretching of the skin. They may also occur during the rapid growth of puberty in males and females or in obesity, during fat loss or in cushing’s syndrome.
There is no specific care for stretch marks and the marks often will disappear after the cause of the skin stretching is gone. Avoiding rapid weight gain helps in the case of stretch marks caused by obesity.Eat healthy ,nutritious food and do moderate exercises.
Caput medusae is the appearance of distended and engorged paraumbilical veins which are seen radiating from the umbilicus across the abdomen to join systemic veins.
Do you have any other signs or symptoms?Going by your age,I feel them to be striae but a confirmatory diagnosis can be made only after examination. For that pls consult your doctor.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
