For the last year or so I have feeling that my body is running on autopilot. Not all the time but lately its more often than before. Sometimes I spend a whole day in that state..Its like sitting in the backseat of a Tesla. My body is doing its own thing.. talking, moving etc but at the same time I have background thoughts. Like my consciousness us separate from my body. When I realise that I am on autopilot I have to put an effort to it to snap out of that feeling. Should I be worried? Can it get worse?
