Thanks again for responding,
but i must say, it has done nothing to address my question... No touchy, touchy? for 30 months? ... lol... don't you think MCV would be taken a lot more seriously if that was the case? 80% of doctors refuse to treat people as it is self-resolving. Seems like you just want to give me answers that are discouraging and based on minimal science. "if you would have read then you would have seen, etc.etc." ... ehem.... i say again, I HAVE READ. Only confusion is whether saliva transmits or skin to skin exposure of exposed lesions.
Unless you are going to scientifically provide a foundation for your assertions NOHARD, thanks, but no thanks. Your responses are discouraging and quite useless to be honest. There are forums i've been reading where loads of people cure it, or at least stop getting lesions within 1 month, have only heard of 30 months in adults with HIV+.
Hi sandy, If you take the worste case scenario fisrt then you can work backwaeds from there, I think you will find is always the best way to go, then anything less is a good result, and if you have read then you would have seen its five years for kids and 30 months for adults, but its still a no touchy, touchy, till you get the all clear, unless you want to pass it on to your g/f, and from there it just spreads.
Good Luck
Hey Nohard,
I've been doing loads of research, and my questions are specific for a reason as the info on those details are ambiguous. In children it can be transmitted by saliva, but it doesn't say so about adults. For adults it mostly refers to direct skin to skin contact where lesions are.
Anyways, i'm starting to think you didn't do very good research or you are looking at WORST case scenarios? The doctor told me it can be as little as 3 weeks, but usually men my age its 3-12 months. From what i've read online, worst case scenarios are two years, NOT five. It's a virus that must run it's course and it depends on when the immune system overcomes it. And did you read my post carefully? I no longer have EXPOSED lesions, they are all gone via cryotherapy and the little ones left over i surgically removed myself using very safe measures.
Thanks anyways though Nohard, however, i am looking for scientific answers with a little more weight than "You're screwed kid, good luck!"
cheers
Hi Sandy, Now if your a good young chap, and have been doing some research on your problem, and if you were a child you would know its a 5 year thing you have, but as you get older it turns into an STD, and if I'm right it then becomes a 30 month thing, and there are lots of ways of transmiting you problem over to your g/f, so dont know how long you have had it, but from the info I read, your in for a long haul yet.
Good Luck
I should also ask.... does kissing on the lips transmit the virus? again question about saliva.... does holding hands if my hands are clean and sanitized? my girlfriend and i are affectionate, but we can easily avoid my lower abdomen ... thx again :)
