Weird

Here's what happened.  Last monday which was a week and one day ago I had unprotected sex for the first time with my girlfriend.  We had unprotected sex one more time last wednesday.  Saturday over the weekend I felt this weird itchy tingly feeling inside of my penis and near the tip of the head.  Sunday and yesterday it kind of hurt to to urinate, which are the only symptoms I do have.  I don't have any pain or swelling of the scrotum or testicles, and there is no discharge.  Well I was wondering if this could be nongonococcal urethritis, Chlamydia, or Gonorrhea?  I hope I posted enough information.

Yes, those symptoms make me concerned about chlamydia, gonorrhea, or NGU; or possibly herpes.  If your girlfriend also was a virgin before you had sex, that would of course make an STD unlikely--but otherwise you need to see a health care provider and get it checked out.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
