does triumeq hiv drug cause pneumonia?

I am hive positive female. I recently developed bronchial pneumonia and got worse after having side effects to ethromycine antibiotics. Before I got the pneumonia my doctor had switched my hiv meds to triumeq which was 2 and half month before getting the pneumonia. Before then I felt perfectly heathy and my cd count was in the 600s and viral load undetected. NOW I HAVE PAIN ALL THE TIME ESPECIALLY IN THE WALLS OF MY CHEST. it feels like muscle ache or something. Could my new hiv drug been the cause of the pneumonia.  Got sick after travelling out of the states for 7 wks. please help
