newborns first sponge bath

When did you mommys give your newborn their first sponge bath

2 days after hospital and every other day I would give her a sponge bath. Her cord fell off in 10 days and now has a bath every night.

My son had his first bath 7 days after birth on the day we left hospital. By that time he was a tad smelly!!!

A sponge bath every three days until his wee wee healed from his cicumcision then a bath every day thereafter

They gave my son one the day he was born in the hospital and showed me how to do it didn't put him in water just used a wet wash cloth that's what I also did about three days after being home didn't put him any water until his cord fell off

I gave my son a bath as soon as we got home from the hospital. I was only there for a day. He's 3 months old and he gets a bath every other day.

Second day my daughter was home.

I gave my baby a sponge bath on the 2nd day home and make sure you get in all the little rolls and cracks of the armpits and necks if not they stink really bad.

I gave my daughter hers a few days after bringing her home because the nurses didn't do a good job. After a week of being born her cord fell off so now u bathe her whenever

My son is five days old i havent gave him a bath yet cause im scared to especially with his umbilical cord and circumcision i dont wanna hurt him

I gave my sons there 1st bath at 3 days old only because I was scared of how tiny they were lol.
