hcg levels in pregnancy

Need suggestions:  When did your hcg levels start to decrease?  I'm 10 weeks now according to my last u/s and my levels have already started to decrease.  No cramping/bleeding of any kind.  Is it possible that I'm farther along that what they think?  Still feel pregnant and no abnormal symptoms.  Any suggestions?

i can tell you now that I'm a little over 19 weeks and feel great!! I wouldnt worry about it.  i know its easier said than done.  but my dr. said that at that point in my pregnancy that hcg levels don't tell them what they want to know but they go by ultrasounds.  Is your dr worried about it?  I stopped doing my blood work at 10 weeks also because my dr. said it wouldnt tell them anything.  hope that helped.

Hi,  I just got off the phone with my doctor and my HCG levels are starting to decrease at 10 weeks.  I was just curious to see what happened with your situation.  Should I be worried????

Thanks!!!

I think they can level out between 8-12 weeks.

I have problems with my progesterone levels and i had a blighted ovum early this year so they consider my "high" risk and wanted to monitor my levels for problems.  everything has been going great so far.

If you had a u/s done then your dates are right on. What has your doc said about the decrease levels?
