It is probably anxiety. Sometimes I have the same problem but its because I think about it too much and then I get nervous when I can't. Just relax hold your arms above your head, try laying down and just breathe. When you do finally take a deep breathe it will go away and you won't even think about it. You just have to let yourself breathe naturally not trying to force it on your own.
Hi thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay it took me a while to get this thing working. No I don't smoke or have any allergies. I have even bought a puffer from the chemist but that doesn't work either.
Do you have allergies or smoke?
