36 weeks, but measuring 38...
When I went to my doctor last she told me I was measuring at 36 weeks. Well that was two weeks ago. I go on Thursday this week and I am wondering if she will reschedule my c-section for a sooner time than Nov. 29th.because I would now be at 38 weeks... She said she indices at 39 weeks... Any suggestions or ideas!?!
Thanks for the response! I have been measuring two weeks ahead for the past month or two so I was hoping I might get lucky and have him early lol
Generally regardless of your size, they will go by the gestation of the pregnancy. You may not necessary be measuring big this week as it can fluctuate.
If you are only 36 weeks gestation, chance are when it comes to induction, you still will have to wait 3 weeks... Even if the baby is big, it doesnt mean it is more ready to come now... Its lungs may not be developed, etc....
