You ladies will do great, however i understand how you feel, i'm due in 9 days on March 4th with my fourth and i'm nervous myself, congratulations everyone

Kegels multiple times a day. Practice breathing techniques. Practice meditation and visualization and relaxation. Walk every day. Squats every day. Have some Lavender and Clary sage essential oils handy to sniff on a cotton ball to relax. Perineum massage every day if you have a willing partner. (Pretty hard to do it yourself.) Best thing I suppose we can do is have our bodies and minds prepared. Do you know the stages of labour and what to expect in each and how long they typically last? If not read about them. Early labour, active labour and transition. And remember your body is made specifically to do this. It'll all be good.
