Please help me, I'm a teenager and I'm so scared

Hello, I'm a teenager and I'm so confused and scared if my partner is pregnant.
So, she got her period on 15th January - 22 January. We did sexual activity such as masturbating together on 24th January. I don't really remember if i finger her or not, but if i did I'm just scared i got some precum on my finger, i did not cum on her, she didn't do any contact with my cum. Now she's experiencing some kind of pms symptom like cramps and nauseous, but sometimes the cramps is gone, sometimes it is there, the nauseous is also like that, sometimes it appears sometimes not. The first cramp occurred on 8 feb - 13 feb, today (14 feb) just nausea a little for a few mins around 16:40 ish after big lunch (maybe it's because of lunch) but we don't know.
Is it normal for pms symptom such as cramps to be "sometimes appears sometimes don't" and it's been almost a week.

If you didn't have sex with her, she can't be pregnant.

Adults like to tell teens that mutual masturbation and fingering and such can cause pregnancy as a way to scare them into not doing that. Realistically, the only way to get pregnant is actual sex - putting your penis into a vagina.

If you want to be really careful, any time your penis goes near a vagina, make sure you have a condom on it, if those are available to you where you live. That will also help prevent STIs.

If your friend is getting cramping, it probably is because she is getting ready to have her period, if her cycle is regular. It might be because of ovulation if her cycle isn't regular.

It's very normal for cramps to "sometimes happen sometimes not". Every woman is different. If this is your girlfriend, you'll learn what is normal for her over time.

In the meantime, you can relax. She is not pregnant.
