Absolutely!!! If it continues, talk to your doctor!! I swear I have a cold every day of my life, my nose is always congested. Especially at nights, ugh!! Hormones alone can cause these symptoms, plus irritation.
Yep very common, I was having them especially on hot days. The lining in your nose is stretched thin because of all the extra blood flow. I have been blowing my nose after the shower and putting moisturiser up it to stop it being so dry and they have stopped. Also get your blood pressure checked
