Nosebleed

So today was a bit shocking for me! I'm 18 weeks pregnant, & I was helping my husband to steam clean and vacuum the car. I was standing up and sitting / crouching down quite a bit, it was warm out (I'm in FL) and was probably just over exherting myself but I noticed  what felt like my nose running. It turned out to be a nosebleed, then quicly got much worse, Niagara falls style worse. Not to be too graphic, but put it this way, I've had enough blood to last me through the Halloween season!! This full-on bleed lasted almost an hour of me pinching my nose & choking. Husband was about to rush me to MD Now, but thankfully an ice pack on my upper back/ neck and ice around nose as well as holding nose tight finally stopped it. I was pretty terrified and a little scared it'll happen again. I have NEVER had a nosebleed in my life. Is this normal when pregnant???
