Do I need surgery?

I’m pretty sure I know what the answer is going to be but I do not see my orthopedic dr for another fees days. Do I need surgery based on my MRI chart results? And if so, can the surgery be performed via arthroscopic or will it need to be full open surgery?

MRI FINDINGS:

Severe rotator cuff tendinopathy is demonstrated with moderate to high-grade subscapularis tendon tear

Partial thickness tearing of the long head of the biceps tendon is demonstrated as well.

Full-thickness superior and anterior glenoid labral tearing is seen in the axial plane

There is no acute fracture or dislocation.

There is no soft tissue mass or bony destructive process.

IMPRESSION:
1. Moderate to high-grade subscapular tendon tear.
2. Superior and anterior glenoid labral tear.
3. Partial thickness tear of the long head of the biceps tendon.
