Abdominal pain

I have had hepatitis c for ten years. I have had regular liver tests and they have usually come back ok. For the last six months I have been experiencing constant pain in my abdomen always in the right. Sometimes the pain is so bad I vomit. I am always tired, itchy and feeling unwell. I am not yellow and my stools are brown. My urine is probably a bit dark. If the liver bloodtests are still coming back ok does that mean there is nothing wrong or should I request furter tests.

A gastric ulcer is a break in the normal tissue lining the stomach.

Symptoms

    * Abdominal pain
          o May wake you at night
          o May be relieved by antacids or milk
          o May occur 2 to 3 hours after a meal
          o May be worse if you don't eat
    * Nausea
    * Abdominal indigestion
    * Vomiting, especially vomiting blood
    * Blood in stools or black, tarry stools
    * Unintentional weight loss
    * Fatigue

Tell your docter to test you for a gastric ulcer, in the mean time, increase your intake of water to 8 250ml glasses each day, and stay away from coffee, orange juice, and anything else that someone with acid reflux might avoid.

Do you think it may be a gastric ulcer? Have you been checked for H. pylori?
