First of all, keep in mind that I am unable to diagnose you because I am unable to examine you, this forum is for educational purposes.
The symptoms and story that you describe do sound like neuropathy, but are non-specific. Slow conduction velocities in the motor nerves can be an early sign of Guillan Barre syndrome (GBS) or other neropathies such as chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). You should see a neurologist that specalizes in neuromuscluar neruology to make sure all the right tests were orderd (many physicians forget copper, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, etc.). You should also have your magnesium level rechecked. It is good to replace your magnesium if low (generally if below 2), but high levels of magnesium can cause diarrhea, somnolence, and decreased reflexes.
I hope this has been helpful.

I have a question, If I am expereincing numbness in my face which moves from my chin and neck to my left eye and so forth. Then at night my lower back will feel swollen and I feel like I can't move my legs, but I can, its just a tingling feeling in the front of my thighs. I went to the emergency room and I had a cat scan, they said I was fine, they did all the blood work everything looked good, and I had slightly elevated white blood cells. I am recovering from a double ear infection. They suggested for me to see a neurologist but the one my doctor recommended can't see me til May 30th. Do you think I should get this checked out sooner or could this be anxiety related. Thanks
Muscle twitching and ringing in the ears (tinnitus) is common in patients' who have fibromyalgia. You may want to consider seeing a physician who diagnoses and treats fibro.
