Hi Cary has given you great information.
I was told that if I were to do some form of aerobic exercise for  20 to 30 minutes a day that I could get my LDL lower.
They now want it below 100
I cut out peanut butter (eating a lot) and was able to lower my hdl by 60 points.
Good luck
Dee

Has he ever been diagnosed with diabetes?
His post prandial is slightly high so better to check hba1c for average sugar controll in the last 3 months
Fatty liver is not lifethreatening it is reversible
Just need to loose some weight keep sugar under controll
His liver enzymes are mildly elevated which could be due to fatty liver
If he is diabetic his LDL should be below 100 otherwise it is normal
Suggest repeat these test with life style modification and weight and controll of sugar
