Hi,
How are you? Do you still have the headache, fatigue and fever issues? To determine if pneumonia is still present, direct clinical examination is important together with diagnostic tests. Pneumonia caused by a virus infection usually resolve after couple of days and recovery may also be affected by various factors including the medical history of the patient. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor. Take care and regards.

Hi and sorry you are ill. It takes 1-3 weeks to get over viral pneumonia but it can take a little longer depending on your age and health.  You could have a secondary bacterial infection that you can get after viral pneumonia that is called walking pneumonia and is caused by either bacteria called Mycoplasma or Chlamydia pneumoniae. "Walking" pneumonia gives you a low grade fever, tiredness, dry hacking cough, pain in the ribs area. They can check for these by testing and culture. It is important for you to get your lungs listened to to make sure you are ok. They can treat you with antibiotics if you have the secondary bacterial pneumonia but if it is Mycoplasma or Chlamydia they may or may not.  I have had both Mycoplasma and Chlamdia pneumnia at the same time after getting the flu. You may just still have the viral pneumonia. You should revisit your doctor to be safe. If you have any other questions feel free.

I am sorry your still feeling ill. I would suggest you see your Doctor again as it may be something more than what you had before. Some people do take longer to recover from illness of this nature. It would be best though to have some test done and see whats going on for sure.
I hope your feeling  better soon:)
