How are you? Are there other symptom present like ear discharge or fever? Ear pain or otalgia may be caused by infection, ruptured/perforated ear drum, sinus infection, injury and other medical conditions such as TMJ or tooth issues. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and do keep us posted.
