Hi, some of this will be outside your specialty but I'm going somewhere with this... I am 29 year/male.. 3 years ago I started having miserable headaches and vertigo every day practicallly 24/7, I had a negative neurological workup with MRI MRA MRV CT and so on, then a year ago I started having gastro symptoms that turned out to be gastritis and proctitis....these keep flaring up esp. the gastritis, despite being negative for H. Pylori, quitting NSAID's and quitting smoking.
I also awake at night with severe knee pain, this happens frequently for a while then goes away for a long time but comes back later.
Then recently I started having short SVT's, chronic chest pain, exercise intolerance, shortness of breath that comes and goes.
My doctors have been trying to go at my symptoms individually such as offering me an EP study but I seriusly have to wonder if that makes any sense at all I mean I think something systemic is at work like Lupus or something else autoimmune, do you see where I'm going? Do you know what I should ask my doctors to do because even though they are at a big university hospital I am getting swept under the rug with my "suggestions" thus far so I hope you could help me and maybe if you can think of some specific things I can go to another hospital and ask for them? Point is, objective evidence is being shown for multiple things popping up and there surely must be a single underlying cause I mean come on?
