It doesn't sound like a serious heart condition and your cholesterol levels look good. I would stop believing it is your heart which will help reduce the anxiety. Fearing heart problems is enough to cause anyone anxiety, but it really looks like yours is fine. Anxiety does cause chest discomfort in some people and long term it will cause harm. Maybe you are experiencing the occasional skipped heart beat which feels like a twitch/flutter and causes you to snatch a breath. This is normal and it's basically the heart resetting itself, kicking the electrical timing back into normal operation. Everyone gets these at some time, but most people don't sense them. I feel them probably once a week, but maybe its more frequent and I just dont feel them. They usually occur when I'm tired, more when I'm laying down trying to get to sleep.
also when i have chest pains sometimes it hurts more when i push it sometimes it doesnt. right now my chest is so sore because i keep pressing my chest..
