Trying not to act like a nervous wreck, but I have a bad feeling

So ~10 weeks ago I went to a strip club. I received a private dance. I had no kissing, I did not receive oral, and did not penetrate/have sex. However, I did perform cunnilingus for ~1 minute (I know, I am stupid). After that, she rode on top of me genital to genital (I think it is called frottage) for ~ 5 minutes, it was very aggressive and the head/tip of my penis came in contact w/ her vagina and likely had secretions on it. I immediately regretted it, but that is beside the point.

After a week I went to my PCP and get tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (both negative).

So at the 4 week mark I was feeling sick, low grade fever, and slight difficulty swallowing. Things worsened and I went to a urgent care. I tested negative for Strep and Mono. I ended up having a peritonsillar abscess. This had to be drained and my fever immediately dropped after. The ENT tested the puss and it came back negative. Negative for what? I have no idea, I never asked.

Since then I have been mainly had intermittent leg soreness and fatigue, but it is real random when it happens.

What I am more concerned about is my oral sores. Now I have had canker sores since I was a little kid, so I am used to having a couple regularly. I have been getting a lot lately, and have just noticed red splotches that turn into pimple look bumps on the roof of my mouth. They happen in clusters and have been happening for the last couple of weeks. When I research them they really look just like fever blisters

I have not noticed a thing in my genital area. I also have not had any return fevers or rashes anywhere on my body. I do have intermittent diarrhea, but I think that is my nerves. I recently have got my energy back. In my follow up appointment with my ENT, he swabbed a canker sore and it came back negative for Herpes. I did not have fever blisters at that time. He also found a canker sore on my esophagus.

I am scheduled to get a blood test to r/o HIV, Herpes, Hep B, etc in 2 weeks! It seems like forever! So what do you think? Should I be freaking out about HIV? (I hope not). I have a sinking feeling I have HSV-1 Herpes, but some of these symptoms are consistent w/ HIV. Help me please before I go insane!

Yes, wise move. HIV is not your problem so relax and seek medical attention for Herpes, which may possibly be transmitted without insertive sex

Thanks for your assurance. I guess what confuses me is that Herpes fever blisters are common with HIV, and the peritonsillar abscess is kind of freaking me out that it coincidentally happened 2 weeks after the encounter. I guess I should start diverting my attention away from HIV and more towards Herpes. Thanks again.

You did not involve in an activity that could put you under risk. All your contact with her was a zero risk matter. You should have no reason to worry about HIV. You are fine. No testing needed for HIV. Relax and move on with your life.
