Baby to mother transmission

we know that a baby can get hiv from mother while feeding, but can it happen the other way, can a baby pass on hiv to its mother while breast feeding?

This is the most bizarre question yet.  An infected infant could NOT pass HIV to his/her mother while breasfeeding.  HIV isn't transmitted thru the skin...it must reach the bloodstream and there is only a few ways that happens.

a theoretical question assuming the baby somehow contratcted the virus. i would thing that the baby would have to have a mouth full of blood to be a risk to the mother, am i right?
