Based on your symptoms and the tests you have had done, this doesn't sound like a GI issue to me. If it was a GI issue you almost surely would have had GI symptoms (like changes in stool, nausea, vomiting, etc.) or something would have shown up on your colonoscopy or your abdominal CT scan.
Any additional tests u think would be beneficial?
2 abdominal CTs, colonoscopy, nerve conduction on all extremities, eeg, brain MRI, ultasound on abdomen, spinal tap, "dizziness test", viral panel(cmv, epstein barr), lymes test, every blood test a rheumotologist orders, cbcs every month, and 4 negative rapid hiv tests. Though those are supposively accurate my GP ordered a western blot hiv test yesteeday
What tests have you had done?
Severe pain my extremities, swollen lymphnodes everywhere, always feel feverish and for good reason. Temp is never normal. Today it's 100.7. Im dizzy whenever i stand and i hear my heartbeat in my left ear constantly accompained by severe headaches and neck pain. The list goes on and on. Im so weak and tired. Before this all started i was such a happy go lucky optimist, that it made most people sick! Now im just crazy per my family, friends and doctors. Thats why.
Welcome to the gastroenterology community! What tests have you had done? Why do you think you're going to die?
I would suggest you google special carbohydrate diet and go onto the intro diet for a few days. It usually helps with digestive problems, and might aid you in getting through until the right diagnose comes in.It helped me to keep sane. Good luck!
