Oyster Poisoning?

I ate various cooked sea food items and raw oysters and several hours later i threw up and had diahrrea. I am assuming that I have food poisoning.  Are green stools a symptom of food poisoning?

I ate raw osters in Phuket Thailand approximately 50 hours ago and, while the pain and diarrhea have eased dramtically, I am still having some cramping and lack of appetite. I have been taking MyFloxin and Buscopan for the last 24 hours. Should I be worried about any permenant or lasting affects? Thanking you in advace, Chad

Green stools happen from speeded peristalsis in food poisoning. The bile doesn't have time to be re-absorbed in the small intestine, so it comes out with the stool. Diarrhea should go away in a couple of days, if not, you should have stool culture done.
