bursitis..i get it what i sit or lay in bed too long..as i have fatigue i have to make sure i get uo and stretch .there are exercises to do you can look them up on line.
i have it on my sits bone, where the leg socket meets the butt..
they call it weavers bottom..
i am thin and have no cushion..! too bad cause big butts are in!

Try MSM powder.

I have had horrible hip pain!!!!! Had a cortisone shot in my left hip....the Bursa area. Worked like a charm, however wore off in less than 4 months. Then tried Lidocaine patches....what a waste those are. No other news on the hips, just trying to take the pain until I can have another shot....UGH!!!
