Dear ruzena,
You do not mention what type of anesthesia was administered for the surgery. Sometimes, one can experience an occlusion of vessel as a complication of the anesthesia. I would seek the care of a retinal specialist as well.

Thanks for response. I can tell you, that I had general anesthesia with cephalothin-propofol. But my problem apeared a month after operation. I had propofol many times before for other reason without complications. I was at retinal specialist, but he did not find anything wrong. The last check up finding is small cupping, normal IOP. I have appointment for glaucoma specialist and ACCU MAP . But still I do not know the reason for retinal ischemia in first place and progression of vision loss. Thanks Milena
