EBV & CMV symptoms for 6 months

hello
December 2014 i start to to feel flu like
fever : low grade , cough , nose
and then after 7 days and till this time  
i have skin rash , diarrhea , stomach issues , white tongue , sore throat , neck pain on back of my head , body aches , tingling , low grade fever , sweating like hell  , night sweats , problems in sleep refreshing sleep , only first stage sleep and when start deep sleep start tingling in my hands and legs .
i feel my self feverish all the time and get tired of little work , i feel like i lost my old life i was very active person never get tired that easily .
i have made all the tests and only ebv and cmv igg became positive which my dr said it mono , and is this symptoms  normal to mono , and why cmv is persistent i think its rare virus and it come to Pregnant women not mens , can you explain my symptoms  cuz of this 2 virus or i have to check for something else
i feel like am a dead live , not able to eat drink or sleep , this is not life am only 34 became like 90 years old
and know i have eye redness and feel my liver pains .

please if someone can help me to recover
dr put me on aclovir and vitimains but am still not the man i was before , how long am gonna live in this hell from your experience and will it gonna be over ..................

EBV usually doesn't do much to most people so for them, it's a small deal.  But for the people it does effect, it makes us feel pretty dam bad.

so all of my symphots cuz of it as doctor always said it a small virus not doing too much immune system will cure it helllllllllll

I feel your pain!  I'm 40 and feel like I'm 85 and about to die.  I think EBV does a good job at making you feel like it's the end time for you.  I even started the process of making a will because of that feeling (I should have had one any ways). I don't think there is a cure, you just have to endure it until it goes back into dormancy.  Hopefully that happens soon for all of us suffering from this.
