Hearing loss after bilateral ear tubes, removal of ear tubes 1 week post insertion

I've been suffering from pressure and chronic ear infections for most of my life. I'm 36 years old. 1 week ago I got bilateral ear tubes and now suffer from some hearing loss, pressure and constant humming. It seems I've had every complication since their insertion. I had the surgery on a Thursday, went to the er on the Sunday for pain and pressure in both ears (I was afraid the eardrums were going to rupture) and was treated for an ear infection. Fu appointment with my ent on the Tuesday. No ear infection and the other symptoms are all new since getting the tubes put in. I was always able to clear my airways, now nothing. My ent will remove the tubes on Thursday, which is 1 week post insertion.

Question: has anyone had tubes removed so close to insertion for the same reason and what were your results? Thank you.
