I am fairly certain this is papular variant of Granuloma annulare. Should settle with out any problem. Do consult your doc. ok?
Thank you for responding. I don't think they are typical dermatitis. My children have had eczema and dermatitis in the past and this appears much different. These bumps are not rashy, itchy, or painful at all. They appeared all at once and have not changed for several days. I suspect auto-immune, but she is awfully young and has never shown any food sensitivities or allergies. We eat very clean and she doesn't have a lot of gluten in her diet. Maybe we'll try gluten free for a while and see if they go away. Thank you for the suggestions.
Hello,
These bumps can be due to dermatitis skin. Another important possibility that is coming to my mind is of dermatitis herpetiformis. Typical symptoms include burning, stinging, and intense itching and rash consists of small vesicles on the extensor aspects. It is an autoimmune blistering disorder associated with a gluten-sensitive enteropathy. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
