Rash that looks like ringworm

My partner has had a rash on his T-shirt zone for about 4 months.
It isn't contagious but flares up with the heat and becomes itchy and flaky.
Originally we believed it was pityriasis but we've been told this usually only has a life span of a month or so.
Has anyone had something similar to this?
Any recommended treatments? Thanks!!

Sounds like psoriasis or eczema to me. If you google ringworm, it has a very distinct appearance. No matter which, thisbbok changed my life, killing every fungal infection I had in just a few days: byebye . fungi.com
