Breast cancer

My aunt has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctor's say that it has spread to the bone marrow. They did a biopsy on her and since then she is so weak. Her hymogloben level is low and she is receiving 5 pints of blood a day. she is been fed via an IV. She is in Nairobi, Kenya which is in Africa and the healthcare is not as good as here in USA. I reside in South bend, Indiana. I wanted to know if you are aware of any services that can help us transport her here (any state - I'll be there) from Kenya. Please help. God bless

I live in England, but I have read that the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the US are very helpful to those in need. Even if they are unable to help, they may know of organisations/charities that could. I am sorry I don't have their phone number, but if you google them, you may be able to get it from their website. However, she seems seriously ill, and I would wonder if she is able to make such a long journey.
I do hope you get some help.
Liz.
