PLease help

I have a 5 year old with severe autism, he was diagnosed at the age of 2 and a half.
I have another son who is 3, turns four in a couple of months, his behaviour is unruly. For the last 18 months if i give him any food, he just smears it into the walls, floors or carpets, each time he does this i remove the food from him and put him in time out. He is very aggressive constantly hitting and biting people, even if we're shopping he will hit people walking past, again he gets time out for hitting, he is not interested in being potty trained, i have him in underpants but he just dirties in them and then smears his stools everywhere. His behaviour is the same at nursery, he has attacked four of the teachers there and he has only being attending the place for 2 months. He is constantly on the go, he climbs and runs from 4am until 8pm without a break, if he does sit down for 5 seconds he will mess with something or hit the person next to him. He isn't interested in any toys, he just wants to play with toilet rolls. He doesn't take any instruction and doesnt seem to have a clue about any dangers even after hurting himself numerous times. At his 3 year check the health visitor referred him to the child development centre from seeing his behaviour. He can talk and makes eye contact, his hearing and vision are fine to. He is very clumsy and falls over alot. He wont sit and concentrate on anything.
I am physically and mentally tired from him, It is a constant daily thing. What is wrong with him?

I don't think he is Autistic as his speech is fine and his eye contact is fine and his imagination is good. I am still waiting for him to be assessed, that's what is so frustrating I don't know what to do to help him.
Thank you for your reply.

Are you still waiting for him to be assessed?
It maybe something like ADHD.
Being clumsy might be down to a sensory issue or dyspraxia - you need referring to an Occupational Therapist for this.
How is his speech?  Does he have any social interaction or play skills?
Is he demonstrating any autistic behaviour?
