Teenagers can get arthritis, I'm not medically qualified though the doctor above says you may have arthritis. Whatever the problem is you need to see a doctor, expert medication from a doctor will help you more than self medication.

Many thanks for posting the question via my forum.
There are many types of arthritis and Juvenile arthritis is common in your age group.
We need to do few blood investigations to rule out the same as we need to rule out this condition.
Reason being, your few symptoms are matching the condition of JRA (Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis). I would suggest you to meet a Rheumatologist and do the blood tests (mainly ESR/CRP/ASO titre/RA factor/CCP).
If the blood reports prove any chances of inflammation, the we will have to start the treatment of JRA.
Only Rheumatoid arthritis and Secondary OA are known to occur in the above age group.
